I don’t do paywalls cuz, truth be told, it makes me think I’d lose all my subscribers. Even though there’s still that Free Tier always available, a pay wall just seems too presumptuous and effete.
C’mon man, artists don’t need no stinkin’ guns and butter or anything to eat. The process is its own reward and all that other blather. But it’s also not…blather I mean. I can’t tell you how many orgasms I’ve had sitting at my desk lost in the ecstasy of writing. Oh me! Or maybe that was just my wife giving me a reach around.
Do you feel me? I don’t charge. I’m so here for you I haven’t even burdened this post with that stupid fucking SUBSCRIBE button, for God’s sake! I’ve posted many, many, many essays or whatever you want to call them…rants, polemics, free form screeds of dis, mis and malinformation depending on your political persuasion. Although, mostly I’m just preaching to the choir.
